Ticket Sales To help cut down boarding times, and for your convenience, we are now selling certain bus season tickets online. We use PayPal to ensure that your transaction is safe, so you can pay using your credit or debit card.
Please remember that all tickets are sold subject to our usual conditions of carriage. Tickets are valid only on services operated by Centrebus, unless specifically advertised as being valid on other operators services.
Please also note the following general conditions
Tickets valid only between dates shown and points shown (except network tickets).
The passholder's name is required for most orders - please complete the "Name on Pass" box.
Tickets are not transferable between users. They can only be used by the named person.
Please enter the expiry date required in the "Expiry Date" box. Remember tickets are usually dispatched within 3 working days of receipt, and are sent using first class post.
Tickets can only be sent to the card holders address, for security reasons.
Tickets marked schooldays only are valid only on published schooldays, and only for one trip to school (during the am period) and one trip back (during the pm period) each day.
Where misuse is identified, tickets may be withdrawn by our officials and may be subject to enquiry. Tickets which are fraudulently used will be cancelled, without entitlement to refund.
Refunds on partially used tickets are subject to our published Refund Policy.
If concessionary rate travel is claimed, proof of entitlement must be available at all times when travelling. For child rate travel, we recommend that a CitizenCard is carried.
A postage charge of £1.50 is applied to all orders, to cover "signed-for" delivery to your address.

STANDARD RATE TICKETS - UNLIMITED TRAVEL ON CENTREBUS SERVICES
This ticket will give you unlimited travel on Centrebus services anywhere, for a period of three months, six months, or twelve months up to the expiry date you choose. You must also nominate the passholder, as tickets are not transferable between users. The only exclusions are private contract services, closed door contracts, and UHL shuttle service.
LUTON/DUNSTABLE AREA TICKET: VALID FOR THREE, SIX or TWELVE MONTHS up to chosen expiry date
STANDARD RATE TICKETS - UNLIMITED TRAVEL ON CENTREBUS SERVICES WITHIN LUTON/DUNSTABLE AREA
This ticket will give you unlimited travel on Centrebus services within the Luton and Dunstable ticketing zone (SHOWN HERE within boundary area marked red), for a period of three months, six months or twelve months up to the expiry date you choose. You must also nominate the passholder, as tickets are not transferable between users.
ROUTE SPECIFIC MONTHLY TICKET: VALID BETWEEN POINTS SHOWN FOR ONE MONTH up to chosen expiry date
STANDARD RATE TICKETS - UNLIMITED TRAVEL ON THE ROUTE YOU CHOOSE BETWEEN THE POINTS SHOWN
This ticket will give you unlimited travel on your chosen route between the points shown. You must also nominate the passholder, as tickets are not transferable between users.
