All travel with Centrebus is subject to our normal conditions of carriage. You can view these here.

We will be pleased to hear from you, whether you have an enquiry, suggestion or criticism. 
 
We will respond to enquiries about future travel plans as a priority, but please do remember that a quick telephone call may be the fastest way to get the information you need if you cannot find it on the web.
 
If you contact us with a concern or criticism, we will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days, either by email or post depending on how you have been in touch.  At the same time, we will give you a reference number in case of later query. We will check our records, and your complaint will then normally be investigated by the local depot operations manager, before you hear from us again with our findings.
