Service 46 Luton - Hemel Hempstead 

 

In April we introduced additional journeys on service 46. We are pleased to advise customers that from 29th June, we will be making further improvements to the service, with an hourly frequency for much of the day, Monday to Saturday.  This will follow the withdrawal of services operated by Arriva on the route.

Please note that Arriva return and season tickets are not accepted on Centrebus service 46. Customers please note that this service is timed to connect in Redbourn with Uno service 620 to/from Harpenden.  Uno day tickets will be sold and accepted on routes 34 and 46. 

 

Changes to service X31 from 29th June 2009
 
There is a revised service operating between Luton and Dunstable this is designed to improve reliability of the service, Plus we are operating an additional morning bus which will run during weekdays between Luton and Milton Keynes.
  

There are also changes to the X31 service Luton to Toddington this is to improve the connection with the the X42 service to Bedford, currently operated by Grant Palmer.

Minor change to 366 from 29th March 2009.

 

There are slight changes to the timetable which are designed to improve reliability.

The 09:48 bus (Monday to Friday) is curtailed and instead starts from Woodside Industrial Estate. It operates 5 minutes later than before between Woodside and Luton Rail Station.  There is no change to the route or timetable between Luton and Hatfield.

Our next service changes in this area will commence 29th June 2009, affecting services 46 and X31, with minor changes to times on routes 231 and 366 between Luton and Dunstable.
